The California Air Resources Board (CARB) invites you to participate in a second public workshop to discuss regulatory concepts for the Statewide Clean Aviation Initiative (SCAI) on Thursday, January 15, 2026. During the workshop, staff intends to present more detailed regulatory concepts for discussion, provide updated information on the emissions inventory and potential reductions, outline current and planned data collection efforts, and solicit stakeholder input.
