April 3, 2017

The amended regulations are effective as of April 1, 2017. All new certifications must comply with the amended procedures.

February 3, 2017

OAL approved the February 18, 2016 rulemaking and filed it with the Secretary of State on February 2, 2017. The effective date of the amended regulation is April 1, 2017.
