Mobile Source Emissions Inventory is committed to improve air quality with various programs and standards. Both On-Road and Off-Road categories generate a variety of emissions that affect daily life in our environment. In an effort to help control and reduce those emissions, CARB Staff gathers data, analyzes the information, and strives to lower emission levels and improve air quality for the State of California.
