A CTC-VIS Update will take place on 10/31/25 and will include these new features:

Instructional videos will be provided in the links below on 10/31/25.
 

• For-Hire Credential Tester List moved inside of CTC-VIS
• Credential Tester Exam moved into CTC-VIS
• Some Credential Tester Account details are now editable
• A VIN specific Notice to Submit to Testing section has been added to CTC-VIS
• A Referee Appointment Requests/Referrals section has been added to CTC-VIS
• Multiple Vehicle Certificates may be downloaded at the same time.
