National Geosupport, Inc. Case Settles for $4,125
National Geosupport, Inc. paid $4,125.00 in penalties for violating air quality regulations: $3,094.00 went to the Air Pollution Control Fund, which provides funding for projects and research to improve California's air quality; $1,031.00 went to the Peralta Colleges Foundation to fund emission education classes conducted by participating California community colleges, under the California Council for Diesel Education and Technology (CCDET) program. This settlement was reached in February 2017.
An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that National Geosupport, Inc. failed to report all required information for three vehicles in their fleet. To settle the case, National Geosupport, Inc. agreed to the $4,125.00 penalty and to comply with the TB Regulation and other ARB programs.
