GM Sager Construction Company Inc. Case Settles for $9,000
GM Sager Construction Company Inc. will pay $9,000.00 in penalties for violating air quality regulations: $9,000.00 will go to the Air Pollution Control Fund, which provides funding for projects and research to improve California's air quality. This settlement was reached in November 2017.
An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that GM Sager Construction Company Inc. failed to bring 4 of their heavy duty diesel trucks into compliance with the applicable in-use performance standards.
