Reuse/Repair

In my nearly 40 years of managing waste and recycling programs, reuse has always been a priority over recycling. Recycling represents a tremendous savings of resources and energy associated with a product, but reuse is far and away a better option, saving essentially all of the products vested resources and energy. Reuse must play a priority roll in any waste management protocol.
