Hello,

 

I am resubmitting the attached comments on behalf of the Center on Race, Poverty & the Environment; the Central Valley Air Quality Coalition; Leadership Counsel for Justice and Accountability; and the Asian Pacific Environmental Network. This letter was initially prepared as a comment regarding the 2022 Scoping Plan, but it remains relevant to the current Cap-and-Trade workshops, and we wanted to elevate and remind CARB of our concerns.
