Submitted Comment Name Mark Smith Affiliation engineers oil company Subject O & G Methane Regulations Message The company produces about 30 bbls/day of heavy oil and are exempt from LDAR rules. We've done an estimate for installing pressure relief valves on our 4 tanks. It would be about $40,000. It would contain some methane but producing, installing and maintaining the equipment has its own costs and emissions problems that need to be taken into account.
