The California Air Resources Board (CARB or Board) will conduct a public meeting to consider the approval of the Funding Agricultural Replacement Measures for Emission Reductions (FARMER) Program Guidelines. At the March Board Hearing, CARB staff will present its recommendations for the FARMER Program Guidelines, followed by public comment and Board consideration.
