$3,000 in Fines Paid by Pismo Food Store

Routine sampling on June 22, 2004, revealed that the premium and mid-grade gasoline being sold at this convenience store in Pismo Beach was high in Reid vapor pressure and had an MTBE content in excess of the State limit. The case has been settled for $3,000.
