Perry’s Custom Trucking LLC Case Settles for $900

Perry’s Custom Trucking LLC paid $900.00 in penalties for violating air quality regulations: $900.00 will go to the Air Pollution Control Fund, which provides funding for projects. This settlement was reached in September, 2017.

An investigation by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) showed that Perry’s Custom Trucking LLC failed to report annual mileage for three vehicle utilizing the agricultural provision. CARB documented violations as they related to the Truck and Bus (TB) Regulation. To settle the case, Perry’s Custom Trucking LLC agreed to the $900.00 penalty and to comply with TB and other CARB programs.
