PCTC Cabinetry Incorporated Case Settles for $5,000
On May 1, 2019, a Composite Wood case was settled with PCTC Cabinetry Incorporated (Anaheim, California) for not providing a statement of compliance on the customer invoice or customer bill of lading as required by the Airborne Toxic Control Measure to Reduce Formaldehyde Emissions from Composite Wood Products, which has been in effect since January 1, 2009. PCTC Cabinetry Incorporated agreed to pay $5,000.00 to settle this case. To come into compliance PCTC Cabinetry Incorporated has made adjustments to their customer invoices.
