$25,000 in Fines Paid by OPW Fueling Components

ARB alleges that after June 1, 2005, OPW Fueling Components (OPW) sold, supplied, offered for sale, manufactured, or imported for sale in California the OPW Vaporsaver which, at the time of sale or importation, did not meet all of the certification requirements stipulated in the Executive Order G-70-204, titled Gilbarco Vapor Vac/OPW Vaporsaver. On April 6, 2006, OPW Fueling Components was issued a Notice of Violation for their actions. On May 12, 2006, OPW mutually agreed to settle the Notice of Violation for $25,000.
