International Border Communities of San Ysidro and Otay Mesa Community Emissions Reduction Program Approval

This is CARB's notice of approval for the community emissions reduction program collaboratively created by San Diego County Air Pollution Control District convening a community steering committee comprised of San Ysidro and Otay Mesa residents, community-based organizations, businesses, and local government representatives to improve air quality in the International Border Communities.
