2020 At Berth Regulation

OAL approved the 2020 At Berth Regulation rulemaking and filed it with the Secretary of State on December 30, 2020. The effective date is January 1, 2021.

Final Regulation Order as approved by OAL to

  • Amend title 13, division 3, chapter 5.1, section 2299.3; and title 17, division 3, chapter 1, subchapter 7.5, section 93118.3; California Code of Regulations (CCR), and
  • Adopt new title 17, division 3, chapter 1, subchapter 7.5, sections 93130- 93130.22, CCR.
