No Variances At all, of any kind, Should Be Allowed

I urge you to deny any variance, from anyone, no matter how big or important they are, to still use any hydrofluorocarbons at any time or any place. These chemicals are deadly to us, and harm the climate dreadfully. I have been following this issue for years, and no variances should be allowed. We must have a complete ban on use of these substances.
