Count loss of access as harm, and look at residential dryer vents

My comment is attached. I am asking CARB to count loss of access to housing, workplaces, buildings, public transportation, and medical care as a harm from fragranced consumer products, and to include residential clothes dryer vents in the Roadmap as a source of air pollution, both outdoor and indoor.
