There will begin to be some recording of SCM (and other material use) use by concrete producers by Caltrans through their DIME system, so the state will have some data to access. But, we don’t believe additional reporting should be done at the concrete plant, given there are 300-400 concrete plants, and concrete plants and production not the subject of SB 596.
