Air Oasis, LLC Case Settles for $35,000

A case was settled with Air Oasis, LLC (Amarillo, Texas) for selling uncertified indoor air cleaning devices into California in violation of the Regulation for Limiting Ozone Emissions from Indoor Air Cleaning Devices, title 17, California Code of Regulations section 94800 et seq.  To come into compliance, the company has ceased sales of uncertified indoor air cleaners in California.
