The California Air Resources Board (CARB or the Board) invites you to participate in the Financing Assistance for Lower-Income Consumers (Financing Assistance) Project work group meeting to discuss the implementation of the need-based model. In addition, staff will provide a status update on both Clean Vehicle Assistance Program (CVAP) and Drive Clean Assistance Program (DCAP) and a proposal for reopening these programs with limited capacity.

The Financing Assistance Project is one of a suite of CARB vehicle purchase incentive projects that, together with committed partners, are employing innovative solutions to bring the benefits of clean transportation to lower-income and disadvantaged communities that are most impacted by pollution.
