$2,000 in Fines Paid by COPA, Inc.

Routine sampling on April 18, 2006, found that the Dynamic Gas service station in Blythe was selling premium gasoline with an RVP of 7.53 psi, exceeding the summertime limit of 7.2 psi. The gasoline is owned and supplied by COPA, Inc. This was the third RVP violation in a row for this location. The case has been settled for $2,000.
