The California Air Resources Board is developing a technology assessment that evaluates the availability and operational feasibility of zero‑emission cargo handling equipment technologies that are currently available or in development. The technology assessment supports efforts to meet California’s risk reduction, air quality, and climate change goals, as well as the directives of Executive Orders N-79-20 and N-27-25. The previously published 2015 Draft Technology Assessment: Mobile Cargo Handling Equipment is available at the bottom of this page.
