YOLO-SOLANO AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT DISTRICT

RULE 9.1 - APPLICABILITY

The State of California designated control measures for specific toxic compounds from affected facilities shall apply to all such facilities in the Yolo-Solano Air Pollution Control District. For purposes of this regulation definitions as given by the State designations shall be applicable to these rules.
