LASSEN COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT
RULE 4:20 - FEDERAL NEW SOURCE PERFORMANCE STANDARDS (NSPS)
All new sources of air contaminants or modifications to existing sources shall comply with the rules, standards,
criteria and requirements of Part 60, Chapter 1, Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations in effect October 12, 1983,
which are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of these rules and regulations. For the purpose or this rule,
the word "Administrator" as used in these federal new source performance standards shall mean the Control
Officer of the District. Category types subject to NSPS are as follows:
