RULEMAKING ON ENGINE MANUFACTURER DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS FOR 2007 AND SUBSEQUENT MODEL YEAR HEAVY-DUTY ENGINES (May 20, 2004)
On December 27, 2005, the Final Regulation Order was approved by the Office of Administrative Law and filed with the Secretary of the State. The amendments become operative December 30, 2005.
