	woofer95828 says: The Yolo Bypass (both of them) have the most beautiful and continually changing views of nature I've ever seen. I'd like to see a footbridge built, attached to both sides of both bypasses for pedestrians and bikers for the sole purpose of taking photos and 'nature-gawking'. A future project for Caltrans, maybe. I'm sure the $$ is there to do it. For the moment, there is one bike and pedestrian walkway on one bypass, but it faces north, with the less interesting views.
