Northeast Plateau Air Basin portion of the District.

2Proposed additions and modifications to the Rules and
Regulations of Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and Kern
County Air Pollution Control Districts are also to be effective
in the Southeast Desert Air Basin portion of the Districts.
