                          RECOMMENDATION

Approve Executive Order G-58 Accrediting the Electro-NOx Device.

                             SUMMARY

At the December 11, 1974 meeting, the Board adopted a motion
authorizing the Executive Officer to accredit the Air Quality
Products "Electro-NOx" device if all the requirements for
accreditation are met.  Attached is the report of the staff's
evaluation, findings, and recommendation.
