New This Month

• The Innovative Small E-Fleet (ISEF) Pilot Program has been allocated $14.97 million of Air Quality Improvement Program (AQIP) funding for fiscal year 2024-25. Additionally, ISEF has been approved to explore the design of a used truck voucher pilot concept, fleet management assistance, and insurance options.
• The Zero-Emission Truck Loan Pilot Project has been allocated $5 million of AQIP funding for fiscal year 2024-25. This project is complementary to the California Energy Commission Zero-Emission Fueling Infrastructure Loan Pilot Project. Learn more.
• There is a lot of misinformation circulating about the Advanced Clean Trucks regulation, especially about motorhomes. The Myth Busting Fact Sheet separates fact and fiction providing accurate and up-to-date information on the impact of the regulation.

Advanced Clean Fleets

Please note that ACF deadlines are currently subject to an existing enforcement notice. Please refer to the notice for more information.

• High Priority Fleets: Annual reporting closes February 1st.
• State and Local Government Fleets: Annual reporting closes April 1st.
• View Advanced Clean Fleets deadlines. 

Clean Truck Check

• Passing emissions tests can be submitted up to 90 days before a vehicle's compliance deadline, as early as Oct 1, 2024.
• Successful completion of a periodic vehicle compliance test  is January 1, 2025 - June 30, 2025.
• The deadline for vehicles subject to annual compliance requirements is January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025.
