Drayage Truck Transition to Truck and Bus
The Drayage Truck Regulation is no longer in effect as of January 1, 2023. Beginning January 1, 2023, drayage trucks with diesel engines are subject to the Truck and Bus Regulation.

ARBER has been updated to remove support for drayage truck registrations. Drayage trucks may no longer register in ARBER, drayage truck stickers will no longer be issued, and the drayage truck public compliance search is no longer available.
New Drayage Truck Regulatory Development
CARB has proposed new regulatory requirements to transition drayage trucks to zero-emissions, as part of the proposed Advanced Clean Fleets (ACF) Regulation. Staff have prepared an ACF Fact Sheet (Hoja Informativa de ACF) to summarize the new proposed requirements for drayage trucks.
