Categories
The California Air Resources Board (CARB or Board) has released its fiscal year 2026-27 research solicitation. The projects included in the solicitation support CARB’s programs related to air pollution and climate change. The selection of these projects was guided by the Five-Year Strategic Research Plan (//ww2.arb.ca.gov/resources/documents/strategic-research-plans) and the public comment survey administered in the Spring of 2025.
CARB will host a solicitation workshop at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. At this workshop, staff will provide an overview of the solicitation requirements, project details, and will be available to answer questions. Detailed information on the solicitation requirements, projects, and workshops can be found on the solicitation landing page (//ww2.arb.ca.gov/resources/documents/carb-fiscal-year-2026-2027-research-project-solicitation).
