- At the 7/17/23 EJAC meeting, EJAC invited an external Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) expert panel to discuss the LCFS program to inform recommendations as part of AB 32 implementation. This is a follow-up discussion from that panel with a question and answer session with CARB LCFS staff and the three LCFS panel members, including:
- Phoebe Seaton, Leadership Counsel for Justice and Accountability
- Danny Cullenward, Research Fellow, American University
- Michael Wara, Stanford University
- Two additional panelists will present based on the desire for additional industry engagement and questions from CARB on how the LCFS can support zero-emission vehicle deployment in communities, including:
- Jeanne Merrill, consultant representing the Center for Food Safety
- Adam Browning, Forum Mobility
- EJAC Motion: EJAC Members to discuss and vote on specific LCFS recommendations to CARB for consideration at the September 14, 2023, joint EJAC/CARB Board Meeting.
- At the 7/17/23 EJAC meeting, EJAC invited an external Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) expert panel to discuss the LCFS program to inform recommendations as part of AB 32 implementation.
