The California Air Resources Board (CARB) invites you to participate in a virtual public information session to discuss a new voluntary, non-monetary incentive initiative, called the Clean Fleet Connect (//ww2.arb.ca.gov/our-work/programs/clean-fleet-connect) tool. Clean Fleet Connect is a tool intended to highlight fleets using medium- and heavy-duty zero-emission vehicles, create connections for environmentally conscious businesses, and support the state’s broader clean-air and public-health goals. The new tool would publicly recognize fleets that voluntarily choose to align with the state’s zero-emission goals and would not establish new regulatory requirements. This meeting is an opportunity to hear staff discuss the proposed approach for this voluntary tool and for fleet owners and operators and hiring and procurement entities to provide feedback on the tool.
