Background Information:

EJAC presented the initial draft resolution at the June 12, 2025, EJAC Public Meeting for discussion. EJAC plans to bring the resolution to the Board for consideration in the September 11, 2025, EJAC/CARB joint Board meeting.

• LRI to open the public comment period for the EJAC Natural and Working Lands recommendations.

10. EJAC Natural and Working Lands Recommendations Motion

• LRI to facilitate EJAC motion and vote on the amended Natural and Working Lands resolution.

11. EJAC Discussion on the Building Decarbonization Recommendations 

• EJAC to discuss their updated draft resolution and seek EJAC comment prior to motion to approve.

Background Information:

EJAC presented the initial draft resolution at the June 12, 2025, EJAC Public Meeting for discussion. EJAC to prepare for bringing the Building Decarbonization Resolution to the Board for consideration in the September 11, 2025, EJAC/CARB joint Board meeting.

Background Information:

EJAC finalized their resolution for the Cap-and-Trade Program in November 2024. Since then, EJAC has amended the resolution and will discuss those 2025 amendments in this meeting.

• LRI to open the public comment period for the draft Cap-and-Trade Program amended resolution.

16. CARB Announcements 

• CARB to provide reminders of upcoming meetings and events as they relate to
  AB 32 program implementation.
