California Air Resources Board (CARB) staff invites you to participate in a public workshop to discuss the implementation of the 2022 Amendments to the Transport Refrigeration Unit (TRU) Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM), the next TRU rulemaking, and an update to the emission inventory that will also serve as a draft baseline for the development of the next TRU Regulation to require TRUs to meet more stringent emission standards.
