The California Air Resources Board (CARB or Board) invites you to a workgroup on implementation of fiscal year (FY) 2023-2024 policy for the Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP) from the Board-approved FY 23-24 Funding Plan for Clean Transportation Incentives. The meeting agenda will be posted to the Low Carbon Transportation Investments and Air Quality Improvement Program website ahead of the meeting.
