Scientific Review Panel on Toxic Air Contaminant

The Scientific Review Panel on Toxic Air Contaminants (//ww2.arb.ca.gov/resources/documents/scientific-review-panel-toxic-air-contaminants) (SRP) evaluates risk assessments of substances proposed for identification as toxic air contaminants by the Air Resources Board, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment, and the Department of Pesticide Regulation. Those interested in submitting written comments, please submit your comments on any item using the link in the bottom of this page. The panel will accept oral comments on item 6 only. Those interested in providing oral comments, please register in advance of the meeting to attend using the webinar link.

  2. Review of Trimethylbenzenes Reference Exposure Levels (RELs) –Technical Support Document for the Derivation of Noncancer RELs.
  3. Review of Updated Cancer Inhalation Unit Risk Factor (IUR) for Cobalt Sulphate Heptahydrate and Water-Soluble Cobalt Compounds. 
  4. Informational Item from OEHHA on the Expedited Development of Health Guidance Values 
  5. Informational Item from OEHHA on the Recent Release of Draft Updated Cancer Inhalation Unit Risk Factor for Ethylene Oxide 
  6. Informational Update on the Community Air Protection Program.
  7. Consideration of administrative matters.
