The California Air Resources Board (CARB) staff invites you to participate in a virtual public meeting to learn more about the solicitation for research proposals for funding year 2021-2022.  At this meeting, CARB staff will provide more details on the project included in the solicitation and the expectations for submitted pre-proposals. In an effort to diversify the perspectives and expertise applied to implement the project included in the solicitation, we are hosting this year’s proposal solicitation on Empower Innovation. This website, developed by the California Energy Commission (CEC), provides a user-friendly platform for innovators, entrepreneurs, community members, and academic researchers to form partnerships on funded projects. The Empower Innovation site and its features will be discussed at the meeting. The public meeting will allow plenty of time to answer questions about the remaining project and function as a networking opportunity to form potential researcher partnerships.
