The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has developed new reporting tools for landfill owners or operators subject to the Landfill Methane Regulation (LMR). These report templates are voluntary and provided to simplify compliance and to assist landfill owners/operators to ensure accurate and complete information is submitted annually to CARB.
